How do I book a job?
Booking a job with us is quite easy. Just send an email or call MW Electrical to schedule a date and time that suits you. You can also go to our Facebook page and leave us a message. One of our professional staff will assist you and answer any queries you might have.
Do you charge for the quotations you give?
No. All of the quotations and advice we provide are free. It is still up to you if you wish to continue the project or not.
Do I need to prepare my payment at the start of the project?
No. Payment is not required unless the job is already finished and you are completely satisfied with our work. Once the project is complete and the job details have been approved by the main office, the invoice will be sent to you.
How fast can you finish a particular project?
MW Electrical strives hard to meet our client’s demands on time. Our projects normally take 2 to 5 days to finish. In some instances the project can be completed within the day, depending on the need for supplies.
Is your company insured?
Yes. We are insured as mandated by the 1991 Electrical Licensing Regulation. In order to operate as an electrical contractor, an insurance policy must be obtained with a reliable insurance company. A copy of the proof of insurance is available upon request. We guarantee that you won’t need this insurance when you work with us.
